剖宫产术口愈合不良的院感目标性监测分析

Analysis of Objective Monitoring of Nosocomial Infection in Patients with Poor Healing of Cesarean Section

目的:对剖宫产术口进行目标性监测,为临床工作提供切实可靠的方向与方法。方法:分析本院2011年7月-2012年6月发生术口愈合不良病例,制定目标性监测表格,对结果经行分析。结果:2011年下半年切口愈合不良发生率达2.9%,2012年上半年达8.7%,其发生与切口选择、术者技术等密切相关,愈合时间与发生后处理方法密切相关。结论:应结合孕妇情况选择手术切口,加强手术技术,减少剖宫产术口愈合不良的发生,并结合实际处理好不良后果。

Objective：To monitor the incision of cesarean section,provide a practical and reliable direction for clinical work.Method：The patients with poor healing of cesarean section in our hospital were analyzed from July 2011 to June 2012,the target monitoring table were developped and the results were analyzed.Result：In the second half of 2011, the incidence rate of poor wound healing was 2.9%, which in the first half of 2012 was 8.7%. It was closely related to the incision selection and the technique of operation,the healing time was closely related to the occurrence of postprocessing.Conclusion：Pregnant women should be combined with the choice of surgical incision, to strengthen the surgical technique,reduce the incidence of cesarean section of the poor healing and combined with the actual treatment of adverse consequences.
