家属参与健康教育对脑卒中患者康复依从性的影响

Effect of Health Education with Family's Participation on the Compliance with Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients

目的:研究家属参与健康教育对脑卒中患者康复依从性的影响。方法:选择2014年1月-2014年6月本院接受治疗的100例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规康复的指导方式,研究组在采用常规康复的指导基础上,对患者家属实施健康教育。比较两组患者出院后1个月与4个月的康复依从性、生存质量、治疗前后肌力以及运动障碍的改善情况。结果:研究组患者出院后1个月与4个月的康复依从性、生存质量、肌力以及运动障碍的改善情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家属参与健康教育,可提高脑卒中患者康复锻炼的依从性,减轻躯体致残率,促进患者功能的恢复。

Objective：To study the effect of health education with family＇s participation on the compliance with rehabilitation of stroke patients.Method：One hundred stroke patients from January 2014 to June 2014 of our hospital were treated as research subjects,and were devided into the study group and control group according to the random number table,fifty cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine rehabilitation guide way,while the study group were treated with the implementation of health education to their families of the patients on the basis of the conventional rehabilitation guidance.The discharged from hospital after 1 month and 4 months of rehabilitation adherence,before and after treatment of muscle and movement disorders of the two groups were compared.Result：After 1 month and 4 months,the improvement of rehabilitation adherence,strength and movement disorders of the study group patients were all better than which of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dependents＇ participation in the rehabilitation of stroke patients can shorten the recovery time,improve the compliance with rehabilitation exercises,reduce physical disability,and promote the recovery of function in patients.
