消癌平注射液联合GP方案化疗治疗晚期肺鳞癌的临床观察

Clinical Study on Xiaoaiping Injection Combined with GP Regimen in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma

目的:观察消癌平注射液联合GP方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)治疗晚期肺鳞癌的近期疗效、生存质量及不良反应。方法:选取2013年12月-2015年5月本院收治的60例晚期肺鳞癌患者,按随机数字表法分两组,每组各30例。对照组采用GP方案化疗,治疗组采用消癌平注射液联合GP方案化疗,21 d/周期。治疗2个周期后评价各组疗效、症状改善情况、不良反应及生活质量等。结果:两组患者近期疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组较对照组生活质量改善明显,毒副反应减轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者咳嗽、咳血、气促症状较对照组均改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组治疗后均未造成经济负担,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消癌平注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期肺鳞癌,可有效提高患者生存质量、改善临床症状及减轻不良反应。

Objective：To observe the short-term efficacies,quality of life and adverse reactions of Xiaoaiping injection combined with GP regimen chemotherapy（Gemcitabine combined with Platinum） in the treatment of advanced squamous cell lung carcinoma.Method：Sixty patients with advanced squamous cell lung cancer from December 2013 to May 2015 admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,thirty patients in each group,the patients in control group were treated with GP regimen chemotherapy,and the patients of treatment group were given Xiaoaiping injection combined with GP regimen chemotherapy,21 days for a cycle.The curative effects,symptoms improvement,adverse reactions and quality of life were evaluated after 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Result：The difference had no statistic significant of the short-term efficacies between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The quality of life of the treatment group was better and the toxicity was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Cough,hemoptysis and shortness of breath symptoms in the treatment group were more significantly improved than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,two groups had no economic burden,the difference was no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Xiaoaiping injection combined with GP regimen can effectively improve the quality of life and the clinical symptoms,then reduce the adverse reactions in the treatment of advanced squamous cell lung carcinoma.
