摘要
芽孢杆菌由于功能性强,作用明显,被广泛应用于水产养殖中。为得到一株能有效净化养殖水环境的菌株,本试验从7株芽孢杆菌中筛选出具有高效降氨氮、亚硝态氮、产酶的菌种,其中C24的氨氮去除率达到75%;C22的亚硝态氮去除率可达64%;C12和C13产蛋白酶、淀粉酶能力突出。研究认为可作为水产微生物制剂的候选菌种。
Bacillus is widely used in aquaculture, because of its functional, obvious effect. To obtain a strain which can effectively purify the water environment, in this study, the strains was screened from 7 Bacillus which have efficient ability of decomposition of ammonia, nitrite, enzyme production, among which the ammonia removal rate of Bacillus C24 reached 75%, the nitrite nitrogen removal rate of Bacillus C22 was 64%, the protease, amylase ability of Bacillus C12 and C13 were highlight. It could be used as a candidate species for aquatic microbial agents.
