涉农企业加强企业文化建设可以提高企业竞争力,增强企业凝聚力、创造力,促进企业健康发展,但目前由于大多数涉农企业对企业文化的定位不够准确,在企业文化的建设过程中还存在着许多问题。本文通过对涉农企业加强企业文化建设的必要性以及对涉农企业的企业文化建设中存在的问题进行分析,从而提出合理的对策建议,以期达到通过促进涉农企业的企业文化建设从而推动涉农企业又好又快发展的目的。
