摘要
近年来,随着光伏产业的飞速发展,分布式光伏合理的接入规模和接入方式,将为分布式电源接纳与规划、需求侧负荷响应措施规划建设工作提供良好的理论基础和科学指导。该文通过建立以光伏接入带来的净收益最大为目标的优化模型,提出了适用于求解光伏接纳能力问题的布谷鸟算法,并在IEEE标准算例中,分别从光伏接入位置、接入点负荷类型以及光伏投资系数等方面,对光伏接入的经济效益进行分析,验证了文中提出的接纳能力分析方法的有效性。
With the rapid development of photovoltaic (PV) industry, the access scale and mode of distributed PV system will directly affects the PV development strategy as well as the planning, expansion and reconstruction of distribu- tion network. The optimization model whose objective is the maximum of net benefits for PVs' access is given. Cuckoos Search (CS) algorithm is proposed as the optimization algorithm.The economic benefits of PVs' access are analyzed in the IEEE standard examples from the points of installation location, load type of access point and cost coefficient of distributed PV. Finally, the access principle is proposed to ensure the maximum net benefits of distributed PV. The IEEE standard examples show that the method can effectively calculate the maximum acceptable capacity considering the objectives of cost of distributed PV.
