摘要 插电式混合动力车PHEV(plug-in hybrid electric vehicle)可视为电网中的移动储能装置,大量的成规模的PHEV引入电网可以为电网提供额外的调节服务能力。首先阐述了单个PHEV并网充电的基本原理,然后建立了规模化PHEV的充电功率模型,接着在此基础上提出了满足系统和用户用电满意度的双目标的规模化PHEV充电管理需求响应控制策略。最后通过仿真算例表明规模化PHEV能够实现系统辅助服务。并分析了用户用电满意度、系统控制起始时刻,两个重要参数的设置对于PHEV调节辅助服务能力的影响。 Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) can be treated as mobile distributed energy storage units in a pow- er grid. When large amount of PHEVs or scaled PHEVs are introduced into the grid, they can provide the regulation ser- vice capability. This paper first describes the basic principles about the model of PHEV charging power demand and then builds the statistic power demand model for charging process of scaled PHEVs. Based on this principle, the large- scale PHEVs charging management with demand response strategy is proposed, which satisfies both the requirements of the system and customers. This paper helps to verify the feasibility of achieving system ancillary services with large- scale PHEV integration. The impact of customers' satisfaction degree and starting time of system control on PHEV' s ability to adjust the auxiliary services is studied via some cases.
