摘要
双语教育具有特殊的历史使命,其最终目标是培养出既能够传承本民族优秀传统文化,又能够适应社会发展的少数民族人才。文章从双语的工具性和双文化的目的性、双语的外显性和双文化的内隐性、双语的外部适应性和双文化的内部适应性等方面解读双语和双文化的区别和联系,进而分析当前由于轻视双文化教育所造成的少数民族双语教育依然存在人才培养适应性不足、推广过程存在一定阻力和双语教师选拔、培训以及考核效率不高等问题。在此基础上,提出未来我国少数民族双语教育需要重视双文化教育的作用和价值。
The ultimate goal of ethnic bilingual education is to produce ethnic talents who can not only inherit their own outstanding traditional culture,but also adapt to the development of the society. This paper illustrates the difference and connection between bilingualism and biculturalism from these aspects: language as an instrument and culture as a goal,the explicitness of language and the implicitness of culture,language's exterior adaptation and culture's interior adaptation. It further analyses the problems still existing in present ethnic bilingual education,e.g.,low adaptability in the training of talents,resistance encountered in the promotion of bilingual education,and low efficiency in bilingual teacher's selection,training and evaluation. To solve those problems,the author appeals for more attention to the values and effects of bicultural education on ethnic bilingual education.
