论青海法学教育所面临的困境

On the Predicament of Legal Education in Qinghai Province

青海的法学教育,无可置疑是该地区法治建设的重要力量。但由于种种原因,青海省的法学教育存在着规模偏小、办学层次和水平较低、基本属于封闭型地方教育、教学严重脱离实践教育环节、高层次专业人才急缺且整个专业队伍不稳定以及未能很好地体现法学教育的地方性和民族性特色等问题。国家教育部门以及地方政府等,不仅需要高度关注这些问题,而且需给予必要的指导和支持。否则,会影响该地区与全国其他地区在法治建设层面上,同步进入全面小康社会的国家战略部署的落实。

The legal education in Qinghai province is an important force in the construction of the rule of law undoubtedly.However,due to various reasons,there are several problems for the legal deucation in Qinghai Province,such as small scale and low level of schooling,relative closed regional education,teaching is seriously unconnected team is not stable and not well reflects the regional and national characteristice of legal education.The national education sector and local government,as well as other departments,need to not only pay high attention to these issues,but also need to give necessary guidance and support.Otherwise,it will affect the construction of the rule of law in this region and other regions of the country,such like the implementation of the national strategic plan of entering comprehensive well-off soviety synchronously.
