Confucian's Discussion——Liu Jiangsun's Articles of Discussion Style

元代文人刘将孙的文章成就很大,为当时庐陵文派的杰出代表。他的文章,尤其是五篇"论"体文中,有大量议论,体现出其基本的儒家思想立场和理学影响。《天地之中数如何论》明其中庸的儒家思想;《道统图赞》中又有关于学《易》的"心""中""过"之辩,有着浓厚的理学色彩;其他文章中则体现出儒家事君情怀,以及尊奉往圣却又不尽信史的文人个性。

The literati Liu Jiangsun in Yuan dynasty had great achievements in prose writing,and was a remarkable representative of Luling literary genre.His articles,especially those five discussion style ones,have much discussion words which embody his essential Confucianism standpoint and Neo-Confucianism＇s influence.The article How is the Shu in the World makes his idea of Zhong Yong.In the article Commend for the Confucian orthodoxy Picture has the discussion of Xin,Zhong,Guo that about learning the book Yi,and has rich Neo-Confucianism colour.His other articles embody his Confucian＇s feelings of serving the king,and the literati＇s individuality that respect for the early sage but not entirely believe history.
