慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者血清胆红素、心肌酶检测分析

Analysis on detection of serum bilirubin and myocardial enzyme in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale

目的探讨慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者血清胆红素、心肌酶的水平变化及其临床意义。方法将2013年1月至2014年1月我院收治确诊为慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者40例设为观察组,再选择同期在我院体检中心体检且肺功能正常的健康志愿者40例设为对照组。检测两组对象的血清总胆红素、直接及间接胆红素、心肌酶水平。结果观察组患者血清总胆红素、直接胆红素及CK-MB、AST、CK、LDH水平均明显高于对照组,间接胆红素水平明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺心病急性加重期患者血清胆红素、心肌酶水平显著高于正常人群,血清胆红素及心肌酶水平可能与慢性肺源性心脏病的发生发展以及病情变化有关,对判断患者病情变化有一定的辅助作用。

ObjectiveTo explore the changes and clinical significance of serum bilirubin and myocardial enzyme in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale. MethodsA total of 40 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected （observation group）, at the same period, 40 cases of healthy volunteers with normal lung function were randomly selected from the physical examination center of our hospital （control group）. The level of serum total bilirubin direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin and myocardial enzyme of the two groups were detected. ResultsThe level of serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and CK-MB, AST, CK, LDH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the level of the indirect bilirubin was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. ConclusionsThe level of serum bilirubin and myocardial enzyme in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale are higher than those in healthy persons, the serum bilirubin and myocardial enzyme may be related to the occurrence and development of chronic cor pulmonale, which has auxiliary effect on condition judgment in chronic cor pulmonale.
