摘要
为了解决汽车座椅滑轨注油过程中手动注油工作效率低、生产成本高等问题,提出了一种多工位自动注油装置的设计方案。设计中采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),构建了一个由PLC控制、上位机监控系统组建的典型工业控制系统。该设备符合柔性装配的发展要求,具有操作简单、节约成本、零件废品率低等特点。
In order to solve the low efficiency of manual assembly and high cost problems in the process of automatic oiling the car seat slide rail,it introduces a simple model and designs a new type of automatics oiling car seat slide rail. This control system consists of the program controller and computer control system,the controller is a PLC device. The equipment meets the requirement of flexible assemble,has the advantages of convenient operation,cost saving,scrap rate reducing etc.
