摘要
为优化某地铁中间车结构,缩短设计周期,建立车体有限元分析模型;依据EN 12663-2010标准,计算车体有限元模型在主要工况下的应力分布,并将仿真结果与试验数据进行对比分析.大多数点的仿真结果与试验数据很接近,误差大多数在10%以内,表明计算建模可靠;同时发现个别误差较大点所在位置,分析误差产生的原因.
To optimize the structure of a subway middle car and shorten the design cycle,a finite element analysis model of car body is built. According to the standard EN 12663-2010,the stress distribution of the finite element model is calculated in the main cases,and the simulation result is compared with the test data. The simulation results of most of the points are very close to the test data and the most errors are within 10%. It shows that the model for calculation is reliable. At the same time,a few points with large error are located and the causes are analyzed.
