以某铁路货车轴箱密封窗骨架为研究对象,针对其在冲压生产时翻边的圆角区域容易产生破裂的问题,基于手册资料进行初步分析,采用有限元法着重对展开进行数值模拟,得出合理的展开形状并制定冲压工艺方案.
