优化高职院校设备管理机制,是高职院校发展的必然要求,也是高职院校设备管理面临的难题之一。当前高职院校设备管理机制难以适应职业教育发展的新要求,存在诸多问题。健全机构与制度建设,利用信息化技术,建立绩效考核机制,完善二级管理模式,提高管理队伍素质等是改善高职院校设备管理机制的重要途径。

Optimization on equipment management mechanism of higher vocational institutes is quite necessary for the development of higher vocational institutes, which also makes a difficult problem for the higher vocational institutes. At present, it is difficult to adapt to the new requirements of the development of vocational education, and there are many problems. Perfecting the institutions and system construction, making use of the information technology, establishing performance evaluation mechanism, improving the second level management model and enhancing the quality of management team are important ways to improve the management mechanism of higher vocational colleges.
