The Survey and Enlightment of College Students' Satisfaction with College

在高等教育大众化背景下,高等教育竞争日益激烈,学生择校已成为高职院校生存与否的重要因素之一,高职院校势必了解学生的需求和意愿。利用福建省高等职业院校人才培养工作评估学生满意度调查问卷,采用分层抽样的方法对某高职高专院校2498名学生进行调查,结果显示:学生对学校学习生活条件的满意度最低、管理质量的满意度居中、教学质量的满意度较高;重点专业的学生对学校的满意度高于非重点专业,一年级的学生对学校的满意度高于其他年级。高等院校应根据调查结果对学校各项工作问诊把脉、督促自查整改,进一步提高学校的人才培养水平。

In the background of the popularization of higher education, the competition in higher education becomes increasingly intense. Students＇ choice has already become an important factor of vocational college＇ s survival. Therefore, vocational college should pay special attention to the students＇ needs and wishes. This paper makes use of the questionnaire of students＇ satisfaction with school, which is made by the valuation of talent cultivation in higher educational college of Fujian Province. Meanwhile this paper takes stratified sampling method to investigate 2498 students of one vocational college. The result shows that the students have the lowest satisfaction with the school＇s study and living condition, middle satisfaction with the management quality, and the highest satisfaction with teaching quality respectively. Students of key majors show a higher satisfaction with school than those of non-key majors; and freshmen show a higher satisfaction than the other grades. Therefore, higher educational college should not only analyze from all aspects according to the investigation rusuhs, but also supervise the rectification so as to further enhance the talent cultivation level.
