摘要
我国已经逐步进入老年型社会,老年群体是社会群体的重要组成部分,老年人的生活状况对社会的影响力是不容忽视的。老年群体具有政治、威望、经验、时空、亲情等优势,挖掘老年人的潜能,是建设和谐社会的重要组成部分。本文结合社会发展新形势和老年群体的新特点,提出做好新时期企业离退休工作的新方法、新途径,实现工作思路的创新和工作方法的转变。
As China is stepping into an aged society, the elderly have become an important part of the social community and the impact of their living conditions on the society cannot be overlooked. Given the advantages enjoyed by the elderly in politics, prestige, experience, knowledge, family ties, etc., tapping the potential of this particular social group is an integral part of the effort to build a harmonious society. In light of the new developments of the society and the new characteristics of the elderly, the paper puts forward the methods and approaches for retired staff management in companies in the new era, specifically through innovating thinking and changing working methods.
