摘要
设计完整的学习体验是一个全新的思路,意味着学员在进入课堂前,培训已经发生,在正式课程结束后,培训仍在继续。培训部门不仅要对课堂的教学负责,也要对整个学习过程负责,这给传统的培训理念和思维带来了极大的挑战。本文立足于世界五百强企业中高层专业技术人才培训实践,详细阐述如何充分依托O2O开展全流程培训设计与实施,助推学用转化。
To design a complete learning experience is a new way of thinking, which means that training starts before the classroom and continues well after the course. The training department not only should be responsible for teaching in the classroom but should also oversee the whole process of learning, which poses great challenges to traditional training concepts and thinking. The paper, which is a focused study on training of mid-level and senior skilled personnel in the world's top 500 companies, describes in detail how to fully use the O2 O model to design and implement whole process training, in an effort to promote learning transfer.
