摘要
会议新闻作为政治信息的传播,目的是为了影响公众,寻求公众对于执政集团的决议决策和政策的理解、认同和支持。会议新闻内容是社会公众需要了解和执政集团需要传播的信息。这些信息包括决策类、宣示类、规约类、仪式类和事件类等具有新闻价值的信息。任何新闻内容都是选择的结果,选择的原则是传受双方的需求满足。会议新闻不仅在内容上要满足公众的信息需求,而且,要运用政治修辞来呈现新闻,以影响公众。会议新闻的政治修辞一般呈现劝服、公告和说明三种形态。会议新闻的修辞主体是政治行动者和记者,客体是社会公众。任何有效的政治说服,传播者在政治说服之前都必须知道你要说服的对象是谁,要说服的内容是什么,要采取什么样的说服方式才能说服受传者改变态度并采取传播者所希望的行动。

The contents of conference news are the information that the public needs to understand and the ruling group needs to disseminate. This information includes decision, declaration, specification, declaration and ritual event, which have the value of news information. Any news content is the result of selection; the selection principle is to meet the needs of the transfer by both sides. The news conference needs to satisfy the public's information seeking in the content, and needs to use political rhetoric to present news to influence public. The general presentation of political rhetoric conference news announcement and persuasion has three kinds of forms. The rhetoric subject of conference news is political actors and journalists, and the object is the social public. For any effective political persuasion, before political persuasion communicators must know who you need to convince, what content, what kind of persuasion to convince the mass to change attitude and take actions that communicators hope to do.
