团队自省对团队创造力影响机制研究

摘要 团队工作方式与团队过程多样性在组织中日益普遍,团队自省成为影响团队创造力的重要因素。依据团队自省、团队创新与团队学习理论,通过对252个研发团队的有效样本进行实证分析,探讨探究团队自省与团队创造力各变量维度之间的影响及其内在作用机制。研究结果表明,任务反思、过程反思、行动反思对新颖性、实用性产生显著的正向影响;研究结论为领导者准确理解团队自省不同阶段对团队创造力的影响,提高团队创造力,具有较强的实践意义。
