摘要
本研究聚焦高校教师职业认同问题,提出了教师职业认同的结构模型,编制了高校教师职业认同量表,运用项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析等方法,对高校教师职业认同的结构维度进行了系统研究。通过研究显示:教师职业认同是一个由五因子构成的多维结构,五个因子分别是行为倾向、价值认同、情感认同、满意感、效能感。自编的《教师职业认同问卷》具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为测量外语类教师职业认同的工具。
The research focuses on the issue of college teachers' professional identity, puts forward the structure model of teachers' professional identity, and draws up the scale of college teachers' professional identity. Deploying such methods as project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, this paper makes systematic researches on the structural dimensions of college teachers' professional identity. The study shows that teachers' professional identity is a muhi-dimensional structure composed of five factors: behavior inclination, value identity, emotional recognition, satisfaction and self-efficacy. A self-made "Teachers' professional identity Questionnaire" is of fine reliability and validity and it is applicable to the measurement of the professional identity of foreign languages teachers.
