德国高校研究生实践教学模式对创新人才培养的启迪

高校研究生对于国家建设和创新型人才培养都具有重要战略意义,是支撑整个国家未来发展的主体。德国高校研究生在培养过程中具有较多相对先进的经验可以借鉴,尤其是在教学模式方面,对于我国研究生创新人才的培养和发展都具有借鉴意义。文章分析了当前德国高校研究生在教学模式方面创新能力的培养方法,对我国高校研究生在创新能力培养方面提出了良好建议。

Postgraduates in university are of great strategic importance for national construction and innovative talents training, which also supports the main body of the whole country＇s future development. More advanced experience from postgraduates in German university in the training process can be used for reference, especially in the aspect of teaching mode, which is of reference significance for the cultivation and development of innovative talents in our country. This article analyzes the training method of current postgraduates .in German university in the teaching mode innovation ability, which will put forward good suggestions to our postgraduates in innovative ability training.
