学生就业能力提升途径新探——职业汉语能力与学生就业能力相关性研究

汉语作为汉民族的共同语,在生活工作中广泛使用,尤其是在工作中职业汉语能力受到越来越多人的重视。作为高校面临择业的学生,良好的语言表达能力是现代人才必备的基本素质之一,更应该将自己高超的技术水平、扎实的专业知识通过标准的语言表达出去。文章通过对职业汉语能力对就业能力的提升进行分析,得出两者之间的关系。对汉语教学进行正确的引导,以激发学生职业汉语学习兴趣,强化职业汉语水平为目标,着力开展职业汉语测试和培训,促进职业汉语训练与职业教育能力训练的对接、职业汉语标准与就业创业语言规范的对接、学校职业汉语与课程内容的对接。通过职业汉语能力的学习和培训,让我国教育更好地传承中国文化,为未来的教育发展作出贡献。

Chinese, as a common language of the Han nationality, is widely used in life and work, and especially in the work, the Chinese occupation ability has attracted more and more attention. For graduate students facing the lpressure of employment, good language expression ability is one of the necessary and basic qualities of modern talents, who express their superb technical level and solid professional knowledge through the standard language. Through analyzing the Chinese occupation ability and employability, this article obtains the relationship between these two matters. It also provides correct guidance for Chinese teaching, with the goal of stimulating the students＇ vocational Chinese interest in learning and strengthening vocational Chinese level, to strive to carry out professional Chinese testing and training, promote the dockings of professional Chinese training with vocational education training, professional Chinese language standards with employment and entrepreneurship specification, School Occupational Chinese with curriculum content. Through the learning and training of Occupational Chinese ability, Chinese education will better inherit the Chinese culture, and contribute to the development of education in the future.
