浅谈音乐类大学生就业创业——以扬州大学音乐学院2015届毕业生就业情况为例

文章以扬州大学音乐学院为例,从音乐教育方面的毕业生就业情况入手,分析影响我院毕业生就业的因素,并提出提高我院毕业生就业的对策,从而减轻社会的就业压力。帮助音乐类大学生实现其自身价值,有更广阔的发展平台。

In order to ease the employment pressure of society, this article takes Yangzhou University Conservatory of Music as an example, focusing on the employment situation of music education graduates, and analyzes the influence factors of college graduates employment. And then it puts forward countermeasures to improve college graduates employment and help musical students to realize their own value and have a broader development platform.
