基于角色职责视角下的高校辅导员理想类型探析

在社会、政治、经济、科技文化大发展以及教育事业革新进步的背景下,高校辅导员的角色职责不断变化,经历了由单一化向多元化,再到重点化的发展阶段。以高校辅导员角色职责为基础对高校辅导员进行研究,进而归纳出高校辅导员职业的三种理想类型:传统型、魅力型和学习型。

With the development of society, politics, economy, culture, science and technology, the role of college counselors becomes diversified, and enters the key stage of development in the progress of education reform. Based on the roles and responsibilities of college counselor, the author studies the three ideal types of College Counselors： tradition, charm and learning.
