从专业知识体系构建的角度探讨茶学边缘学科设置

伴随我国对茶学专业人才需求的递增,许多高校均已开设茶学专业。文章结合茶学专业的培养方向、师资力量及学科定位的具体情况,对部分高校茶学相关边缘学科开设现状进行调查。通过对茶学专业主要课程的介绍,对茶学专业边缘学科的设置提出建议,以期为各高校制定更加合适的茶学专业的专项培养方案提供参考。

With an increasing demand for professional talents of tea science in our country, many universities have set up tea science majors. Combined with analysis of cultivation direction, teachers faculty, and specific subject orientation, we investigate present situation of boundary curriculums setting in some universities in this paper. By introducing the tea science professional major courses, we put forward reasonable suggestions of setting boundary curriculums of tea science, in order to provide references for universities to make ore suitable education programs.
