对新媒体时代开放大学师资建设的思考

随着经济的高速发展,我国的科技水平也在不断的提高,新媒体技术也开始不断的崛起和壮大。新媒体的发展改变了传统媒体的形式和地位,并且新媒体的发展推动了我国广播电视大学的发展,丰富了其内在涵义。广播电视大学向开放大学转型期,作为广播电视大学的学生来说,要不断的丰富自身科技含量,学习新媒体技术,适应时代的发展,能够做到理论与实际相结合;对于广播电视大学的教师来说,也是一个全新的挑战。作者结合实际的工作经验以及当前新媒体形式下开放大学的发展,对开放大学师资队伍建设提出一份建议,为其研究提供一份理论支持。

With the rapid development of economy, China＇s science and technology level is also in constant improvement, new media technology also began to rise and grow.
