高职院校辅导员职业能力的体系构建与实践探索

高职院校的辅导员是班级工作的管理者,是班级与学生的组织者、领导者和教育者,在学生健康人格的形成、学业的提高、能力的培养等方面有着举足轻重的作用。在教育部制定颁布的《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准》中,把"爱国守法、敬业爱生、育人为本、终身学习、为人师表"作为辅导员的职业守则,其根本遵循就是用心工作、真心服务、爱心育人。辅导员素质的高低、职业能力体系的构建直接影响着学生思想教育的成败、学校人才培养目标的实现。
