探析封闭高速公路维修施工中的安全管理

Analysis of Safety Management in the Maintenance and Construction of Closed Highway

随着国家高速公路网络的逐步完善,中国建成了庞大的高速公路基础设施,高速公路的建成对社会经济发展、文化传播等起着积极的推动作用,但其本身也需要维修和养护,才能投入正常使用。越来越多的维修使得高速公路施工中的安全形势愈加严峻,尤其是在交通流量大、车道少的高速公路上进行维修,难度可想而知,因维修造成的交通事故也逐渐成为高速公路交通事故几大类之一。且呈逐年上升趋势,安全生产形势不容乐观。笔者多年在施工一线从事高速公路施工及安全管理工作,现对封闭高速公路维修施工中的安全管理提出己见,以抛砖引玉。

With the gradual improvement of national highway network, the huge highway infrastructure has been built in China, which plays a positive role in promoting the development of society and economy, and cultural communication. However, it also needs repair and maintenance itself to put into normal use. More and more maintenance makes safety situation in highway construction increasingly severe, especially maintenance on the highway of traffic flow and less lane, the difficulty is imaginable. Traffic accidents caused by maintenance have gradually become one of the several categories of highway traffic accidents. They are increasing year by year, so the safety production situation is not optimistic. Having been engaged in highway construction and safety management at construction site for many years, the author puts forward her opinions for safety management in highway maintenance, so that others may come up with valuable opinions.
