Path Selection of Personnel Training Transformation and Upgrading in Higher Vocational Education

经济发展方式的转变和产业的转型升级,需要大量具备工匠精神的高素质技能人才服务于社会一线岗位,对高等职业教育的人才培养提出了更高的要求,高等职业教育人才培养的转型升级势在必行。本文从提高学生的综合素质、专业建设、校企合作、全口径的职业教育体系构建以及数字化教学资源建设等方面探索了高等职业教育人才培养转型升级的路径。

A large number of highly skilled craftsmen are needed to serve the community for the transformation of economic development mode as well as the transformation and upgrading of the industry. It puts forward higher requirements to the talent training of higher vocational education. So it is imperative to upgrade the talent training of Higher Vocational Education. This article explores the path of transformation and upgrading of the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education, such as improving students＇ comprehensive quality, professional construction, school enterprise cooperation, the full-aperture vocational education system construction, and digital teaching resources construction.
