长株潭一体化视角下城市融合发展中的城市定位分析——以湘潭市岳塘区为例

Analysis of City Orientation in City Integrated Development from the Perspective of Changsha- Zhuzhou- Xiangtan Integration

城市定位是城市发展和竞争战略的核心.岳塘区地处长株潭城市圈的中心,兼具交通区位和经济区位优势,但也存在一些明显的问题.采用TOPSIS法对长株潭城市群城市发展环境进行评价,将岳塘区定位为长株潭创新发展的先导区和实验区、中西部现代商贸物流基地、依山滨江的宜居城市和文化创意产业示范区,建议培育壮大其现代第三产业,发展现代都市农业.

City orientation is the core of city development and competition strategy. Yuetang district located in the center of Changsha-Zhuzhou- Xiangtan City Circle has traffic location and economic advantages,as well as some obvious problems. In this paper,city development environment of Changsha- Zhuzhou- Xiangtan City Group is evaluated by using the TOPSIS method. Yuetang District is positioned as the guiding area and experimental area of Changsha- Zhuzhou- Xiangtan innovation and development,trade and modern logistics base of the Midwest,a livable city at the foot of mountains and beside Xiangjiang,and a cultural and creative industry demonstration area. It is suggested that modern tertiary industries should be cultivated and expanded,and modern city agriculture should be developed.
