摘要
整车销售物流是汽车物流的重要组成部分,它上端连着主机厂,下游面向市场消费者,是企业整车产品价值实现的关键环节,其运作效率直接关系到汽车物流的有机循环和整车产品的再生产.介绍了陕汽集团销售物流运作现状,通过系统分析,指出陕汽集团销售物流存在的问题.并从订单管理、仓储管理、运输优化、信息化建设等方面进行详细探讨,提出了优化陕汽集团整车物流的相关建议.
Sales logistics operation status of Shaanxi Automobile Group is introduced in this paper,and existing problems are pointed out through systematic analysis. Improvement measures for Shaanxi Automobile Group are put forward based on detailed discussion from aspects of order management,warehouse management,transportation optimization and information construction.
