基于SWOT理论福州市会展金融服务构建策略探析

Study of Fuzhou's Exhibition Financial Service Strategy Based on SWOT Model

目前福州大力发展会展产业,依靠金融产品灵活的性能来改善资金无归集状态,利用第三方运营转移风险,取得巨大的经济效益.虽然优势明显,但仍存在发展规模较小导致金融服务层次低,过度行政化制约金融服务主动性等问题.鉴于省内外其他城市快速发展会展金融带来的竞争和威胁,福州市必须抓住区域优势及省会发展会展金融的机遇,通过跨行业资源整合、推出全方位的金融产品、创新金融服务系统等途径来推动会展金融的发展.

At present Fuzhou is vigorously developing the exhibition industry. It improves the fund accumulation situation relying on the flexible function of financial products and transfers risks using third parties. Although it has obvious advantage,there are still some problems： the small scale of development leads to low level of financial services,and excessive administrative control limits the initiative of financial services. These are coupled with the threat from the rapid development of other cities and provinces,so Fuzhou must seize upon the regional advantage and this great opportunity,and promote the development of the exhibition industry by ways of integrating cross- industry resources,introducing a full range of financial products and innovating services.
