经济新常态下改进校企合作办学模式的思路——以淮北职业技术学院为例

在经济发展新常态下,社会价值观从国家本位转向以人为本,在这一背景下,职业院校的校企合作前提和出发点也随之转变,原来那种只求合作形式,只满足企业利益的合作理念应彻底改变.新常态下的校企合作要进一步体现出以学生为本的思想,要把促进学生的终身发展作为合作办学的基础和前提.这一新型的合作办学模式的建立,一是需要政府成立指导校企合作的专门机构,做好指导工作;二是要学校和企业通力协作,制定校企合作制度和章程.只有这样,以促进以就业为导向、学生终生发展为目标的校企专业共建对接的合作模式才能得到快速发展.

Under the new normal economic development,social values have occured fundamental transformation from ＂national standard＂to ＂people- oriented＂. Under this background,the university- enterprise cooperation premise of vocational colleges should also change,and the original form of cooperation which only satisfying the interests of enterprises must change completely. Under the new normal,university- enterprise cooperation should further display the thought of student- oriented.
