地方高职院校试行现代学徒制的对策研究

Strategies for Trial Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship in Local Higher Vocational Colleges

介绍了现代学徒制的历史沿革和国外实施现代学徒制的几种模式,分析了地方高职院校试行现代学徒制面临的问题.从实施"双主体"人才培养模式、明确"双身份"现代学徒特征、建立"双体系"校企课程体系、打造"双导师"专兼师资队伍、构建"双标准"考核评价制度等方面提出了在地方高职院校推行现代学徒制的对策.

The article describes the history of modern apprenticeship and several models of modern apprenticeship abroad,and analyzes problems for the trial implementation of modern apprenticeship in local higher vocational colleges. Several strategies for the development of modern apprenticeship in local higher vocational colleges are put forward from five aspects as follows： implementing the ＂double-body＂training mode,confirming＂double- identity＂modern apprenticeship features,establishing a＂dual system＂school- enterprise curriculum,creating a ＂double- tutor＂teacher team,and constructing a ＂double- standard＂evaluation system.
