医学院校公共卫生事业管理专业课程体系改革研究

Optimization of Public Health Services Management Curriculum System in Medical Colleges

过度重视医学课程,忽视预防性医学和管理性课程,是当前我国医学院校公共卫生事业管理专业课程建设普遍存在的问题.阐明了公共卫生事业管理专业及其课程特点,分析了其课程发展现状,优化了公共卫生事业管理专业课程体系.实践表明,医学院校只有围绕人才培养目标,从课程结构的优化入手,完善课程体系,合理分配医学、预防性医学、管理学等相关交叉性学科课程的比例,不断加强相应的教材建设,创新教学方法,加强学生实践能力和综合素质的培养,才能更好地满足社会对复合型公共卫生事业管理人才的要求.

To attach extreme importance to medical courses and overlook the preventive medicine and management courses are prevalent problems for the public health services management curriculum construction. This study demonstrates the public health services management and its curriculum features,analyses the present development of the curriculum,and optimizes the curriculum system of the public health services management. As the practice shows,only through focusing on the personnel training aim,improving the curriculum system via optimizing the curriculum structure,rationally allocating the proportions of such relevant interdisciplines as medicine,preventive medicine and management,strengthening the relevant textbook construction,innovating teaching methods,and promoting the development of students＇ practical ability and overall quality,can we meet the society＇s requirements of inter- disciplinary public health services management personnel.
