摘要
纳米药物在治疗肿瘤方面具有安全、有效、特异性强等优点,其中磁性纳米颗粒用于肿瘤治疗是目前研究的一大方向。磁性纳米颗粒治疗肿瘤主要包括磁热疗、磁靶向化疗和转基因治疗等几个方面的应用。本文对其在肿瘤诊断及治疗中的应用进展进行综述。
Nanomedicine have showed many advantages in cancer therapy such as safety, efficacy and specificity. However, magnetic nanoparticles used for cancer therapeutics is an important research field of nanotechnology. Magnetic nanoparticles mainly include magnetic hyperthermia, magnetic targeted chemotherapy and gene therapy in cancer therapy. This review will introduce its application and achievements in cancer therapeutics.
