摘要
采用DPPH法测定马兰、鼠曲草、刺五加和苍耳等4种药用植物醇提液的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和甲醇不同极性部位的抗氧化活性.结果表明,4种植物不同极性部位对DPPH均有清除作用,其中马兰的乙酸乙酯部位的清除作用最好.
To investigate the antioxidant activity of different polarities of four medicinal plants(Kalimeris indica, Gnaphalium affine,Acanthopanax senticosus,Xanthium sibiricum). Antioxidant activity of the petroleum ether fraction(EVP),acetic ether fraction(EVE),n-butanol fraction(EVB)and methanol fraction(EVM) were determined by the DPPH assay. The results showed that different polarities of four medicinal plants are capable of clearing DPPH,among which the acetic ether fraction from Kalimeris Indica is the most effective.
