富肽奶粉的研制及其对动物血糖影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以长春大学科技开发研究中心研制完成的大豆低聚肽向全脂奶粉里添加,采用正交试验确定富肽奶粉的最佳配方及冲调温度,既全脂奶粉与大豆低聚肽配比10:1、蔗糖添加量6%、冲调温度60℃。采用快速血糖仪检测空腹小鼠尾血血糖浓度,结果显示试验组的血糖浓度比对照组明显降低,从而得出富肽奶粉对动物血糖具有一定的影响。 This study, by adding soy oligopeptides successfully developed by Center for Science and Technology Development Research of Changchun University to whole milk powder, determines the best prescription of milk powder with rich peptide and preparing water temperature by orthogonal experiments, in which the ratio between whole milk powder and soy oligopeptides is 10:1, sugar concentra- tion is 6 %, water temperature is 60 ℃. The blood glucose concentration of mice tail blood is detected by using fast blood glucose me- ter, the results show that the blood glucose concentration of the test group is significantly reduced than that of the control group, indica- ting that milk powder with rich peptide has certain effect on blood glucose of animals.
