心理契约视角谈公安院校学生的思想政治教育

A Discussion on Ideological and Political Education for Students in Public Security Colleges from the Perspective of Psychological Contract

公安院校学生相对于普通高校学生,除了要学习公安业务知识和技能,还必须兼具良好的思想政治素质。面对新形势、新任务,公安院校正面临着进一步加强和改进公安院校学生思想政治工作的挑战。近年来,心理契约这种管理心理学中的思想开始被高校学生思想政治教育所引入成为其新视角。本文主要从心理契约的概念及作用出发,对心理契约视角下公安院校学生思想政治教育策略进行探讨。

Higher education of public security is an important part of national higher education, and it is the foundation of public securi- ty work in our country. It has become an important task to strengthen the mental health education for students and to improve their psy- chological quality in public security colleges. This paper makes a discussion from the irreplaceability and complementarity of these two parts, so as to promote the overall quality of students in public security colleges by the combination of the two methods, management and personnel as well as the attention of relative departments, making the psychological education more practical and ideological and political education more effective.
