从师生关系角度审视高校课堂“低头一族”

Survey on “Eyes Thrown to One's Phone”in University Classes from the Perspective of the Relationship between Teachers and Students

当前高校课堂"低头一族"现象普遍,严重影响课堂教学效果,让高校课堂失去生命活力。调查分析高校师生对课堂玩手机现象的认识和理解差异,了解当前高校"低头一族"的现状,分析这种现象的主要原因是高校课堂的主体——师生关系的矛盾与冲突,包括师生价值观的冲突,师生课堂角色的缺失,师生评价体系的脱节以及师生对话交流的欠缺,进而从加强师生理想信念教育,完善课堂管理制度,改革高校师生评价体系和搭建师生交流平台等四个方面,创建新型师生关系,来应对高校课堂"低头一族"现象。

The phenomenon of ＂eyes glued to one＇s phone＂ in university classes is very universal, which has bad influences on class- room teaching. Through investigation on this phenomenon, this paper analyzes the present situation and finds out the main reasons for it, that is, the contradictions and conflicts between teachers and students, on this basis, the author brings up ideas of creating a new type of the relationship between teachers and students to cope with this phenomenon from the following four aspects： strengthening the education about dreams and beliefs for teachers and students, improving the classroom management, reforming the evaluation system of teachers and students in universities and building a platform for teachers and students to communicate.
