On Restrictive Factors of Training Innovative Thinking and the Paths

创新思维的本质在于创造革新和突破超越。创新思维的制约因素主要包括固有观念的桎梏、思维定势的枷锁、传统教育的误区和从众心理的束缚等方面。克服创新思维的障碍因素,需要在知识和思辨的有机相辅中,着重培育批判和怀疑精神;在逻辑和非逻辑的有机统一中,着重培育直觉和灵感思维;在创新环境和人格的有机结合中,着重培育好奇和独立特质。

The essence of innovative thinking is related to creation and transcendence. There are four restrictive factors, including the fetters of old idea, shackles of stereotyped thinking, misunderstandings of traditional education and restraint of mass-following psychol- ogy. In order to overcome the obstacles, criticism and skepticism should be assimilated into knowledge and speculation; intuition and inspiration thinking should be fostered both in logical and illogical fields; curiosity and independent quality should be cared both in in- novation environment construction and the shape of personality.
