摘要
文章从QFD理论出发,利用调查问卷及学生代表访谈等形式了解学生对《生产与作业管理》课程的需求,分析了导致民办高校《生产与作业管理》课程教学无用、无味、无趣的直接原因及深层原因,针对教学中的问题及原因提出构建立体化教学模式,希望能够解决当前《生产与作业管理》课程教学中存在的问题,从而对改善教学质量、提升学生的实践能力起到一定的促进作用。
Based on QFD Theory, this paper investigates demands of college students on Production and Operation Management course by questionnaire survey and student representative interview, and analyzes the direct and deep reasons why the course seems to be use- less and boring in private colleges. In view of these problems and reasons, it gives an idea of constructing a three-dimensional teaching model, hoping to resolve the problems in the course teaching, so as to promote the teaching quality and improve students' practical a- bility.
