针刺治疗缺血性中风患者的临床对比研究

Effect of Acupuncture on the Motor Dysfunction of Patients Caused by Ischemic Stroke: A Randomized and Controlled Study

目的:研究不同针刺方法对缺血性中风患者的影响,寻找治疗中风的有效方法。方法:按照随机对照原则,将列入统计的60例患者随机分为电针治疗组(A组)和普通针刺对照组(B组),每组各30例,两组均在内科常规治疗的基础上加针刺治疗,A组采用电针治疗,B组采用普通针刺治疗。两组均采用NDS量表评分、FMA量表评分、Barthel指数量表评分等进行治疗前后的评价以及观察两组间的差异。结果:两组治疗后NDS量表评分、FMA量表评分、Barthel指数量表评分均与治疗前有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针治疗缺血性中风疗效优于普通针刺,电针治疗在改善中风患者神经功能缺损程度等方面优于对照组。

Objective： To study the effect of acupuncture on the motor dysfunction of patients caused by ischemic stroke and to search an effective method for the treatment of ischemic apoplexy. Methods： According to the randomized trial principle,60 cases enrolled were randomly assigned to an acupuncture group with 30 cases and a control group with 30 cases. Both groups were treated by internal routine treatment. The acupuncture group received acupuncture based on internal routine treatment; the control group only received internal routine treatment. The neurological functional deficit scores,Fugl- Meyer Score,Motor Function Assessment Score（ MAS）were used to evaluate the condition of hemiparalysis patients before and after treatment in two groups. Results：The neurological functional deficit scores,Fugl- Meyer score,MAS score were improved after treatment in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the improved degree of acupuncture group was better than that of control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： There is an obviously improved effect on the motor dysfunction of hemiparalysis patients caused by ischemic stroke,and the efficacy is better than the internal routine treatment.
