左旋咪唑联合维生素B12治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

The observation and analysis of clinical outcomes of levamisole combined with vitamin B12 in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

目的观察与分析左旋咪唑联合维生素B12治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性临床研究的方法,将67例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为联合治疗组（22例）、左旋咪唑组（22例）、维生素B12组（23例）。联合治疗组采用左旋咪唑联合维生素B12进行治疗;左旋咪唑组和维生素B12组分别采用左旋咪唑组和维生素B12单独进行治疗;比较三组治愈率以及血清IL-6和维生素B12水平。结果联合治疗组的治愈率为90.90%,明显高于左旋咪唑组（77.72%）和维生素B12组（81.82%）（P〈0.05）。联合治疗组的血清IL-6水平为（56.45±11.34）pg/mL,明显低于左旋咪唑组[（102.35±10.23pg/mL）]和维生素B12组[（145.44±12.35pg/mL）]（P〈0.05）。联合治疗组的血清维生素B12水平为（523.34±13.45）μg/mL,明显高于左旋咪唑组[（323.34±12.53）μg/mL）]（P〈0.05）,而与维生素B12组[（554.45±33.34）μg/mL）]差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论复发性口腔溃疡患者在接受了左旋咪唑联合维生素B12治疗后,血清IL-6明显降低,B12明显升高,治愈率明显提高。左旋咪唑组和维生素B12是治疗复发性口腔溃疡的有效手段。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical outcomes of levamisole in combination with vitaminB 12 in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods The prospective clinical study method was used, 67 patientswith recurrent oral ulcer who admitted to the dental were randomly divided into the combined treatment group, thelevamisole group, and the vitamin B 12 group. The combined treatment group was treated by levamisole combined withvitamin B 12 . The levamisole group and the vitamin B 12 group were treated with levamisole and vitamin B 12 respectively.The cure rate, serum IL -6 and vitamin B 12 levels were compared among the three groups. Results The cure rate ofthe combined treatment group was 90. 90%, which was significantly higher than 77. 72% of the levamisole group and81.82% of the vitamin B 12 group（ P 〈0.05） . The combined treatment group had significantly lower level of serum IL -6 than that of the levamisole group and the vitamin B 12 group[ （ 56. 45 ±11. 34） pg/ mL vs. （ 102. 35 ±10. 23） pg/ mLvs. （ 145. 44 ±12. 35） pg/ mL, P 〈0. 05] . The combined treatment group had significantly higher level of vitamin B 12than that of the levamisole group[ （ 523. 34 ±13. 45） μg/ mL vs. （ 323. 34 ±12. 53） μg/ mL, P 〈0. 05] . There was nodifference between the combined treatment group and the vitamin B 12 group regarding serum vitamin B 12 level[ （ 523 34 ±13. 45） μg/ mL vs. （ 554. 45 ± 33. 34） μg/ mL, P 〉 0. 05] . Conclusion Levamisole combined withvitamin B 12 treatment can significantly decrease serum IL - 6 and increase serum vitamin B 12 and improve the curerate for patients with recurrent oral ulcer. It has been proved to be the effective treatment for recurrent oral ulcer.
