剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的研究进展

Research progress of early pregnancy in cesarean scar

剖宫产瘢痕妊娠（CSP）是一种特殊类型的一位妊娠，随着近年单独二胎政策的开放，剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势，CSP发生率也逐年上升。CSP无特异的临床表现，很容易造成误诊或人流术中的大出血，甚至危及患者生命，所以对其进行早期诊断并及时处理，减少并发症的发生尤为重要。尽管目前对于CSP有药物治疗、手术治疗等多种治疗方法，但无规范化的治疗方案。本研究对CSP发病机制、诊断及治疗进行综述。

Objective Cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP） is a specific ectopic pregnancy with the two -child policy opened, the rate of cesarean section deliveries had increased exponentially, and the rate of CSP had increased. Due to lacking typical syndromes, it is easily misdiagnosed or causing massive haemorrhage during abortion operation, even threat to patients＇lives, therefore ,early diagnosis and treatment is essential to avoid severe complication. Although there are a variety of treatment methods for CSP, there has been no standardized strategT for its treatment at present. The article is a review of the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of CSP.
