摘要
随着"互联网+"的提出与发展,大数据分析作为传统行业分析、利用数据的技术手段,迎来了新的发展。电信运营商具有得天独厚的数据优势,但数据质量、分析能力及隐私安全等问题对运营商发展大数据提出了更高的要求。本文结合"互联网+"背景下大数据的机遇与挑战,详细地分析了运营商大数据发展的困惑与探索,探讨了中国电信运营商在大数据领域的技术创新与研究成果。
With the advance and development of＂Internet ＋＂, big data analysis in the new development,as the technology of data analysis and utilization for traditional industry. Telecom operators have a unique data advantage, however, data quality,analysis capabilities and privacy issues put forward higher requirements. In this paper, combined with the opportunities and challenges of big data in the era of＂Internet ＋ ＂, confusion and exploration of the development of telecom operators was analyzed in detail, and technological innovation and research results of China Telecom in the field of big data was discussed.
