回顾我国多式联运立法的历程,梳理我国多式联运立法的类型,比较国外多式联运立法的阶段,我国正向推进各种运输方式之间高效衔接、互联互通式综合运输发展。我国多式联运立法,旨在加快推进货物多式联运发展,加快综合交通运输体系建设,发挥各种运输方式的比较优势和组合效率,降低物流成本,促进交通绿色发展,营造多式联运发展良好政策环境。

TReviewing the course of legislation of multimodal transport in China,combing the legislation of multimodal transport type. Compared with the stage of foreign legislation of multimodal transport,our country forward propulsion between the various modes of transport,convergence and interoperability of comprehensive transportation development. Legislation of multimodal transport in China to accelerate the development of multimodal transportation of goods,accelerate the construction of an integrated transport system,play a variety of modes of transport of comparative advantage and the combination efficiency,reduce logistics cost,promote the development of green transport,create a multimodal transport development good policy environment.
