皖北物流产业集聚区发展模式研究

Research on Development Model of Logistics Industry Cluster District in Northern Anhui

随着国民经济发展和人们生活水平提高,皖北消费持续增长,物流产业在皖北经济中的基础性、战略性地位不断提升。皖北地区基础设施逐渐完善,交通条件日趋便利,依托区位和产业优势,物流产业集聚区的出现和成长成为皖北物流业发展的必然趋势。在对皖北物流产业集聚区进行PEST分析的基础上,以省级服务业聚集区的华源医药物流园、皖北徽商物流港为代表,深入研究皖北物流产业集聚区的发展模式,进而针对皖北物流集聚区存在的问题,提出促进皖北物流产业集聚区创新发展的对策建议。

As people’s living standards continue to improve,in Northern Anhui,consumption continues to grow. The basic and strategic status of the logistics industry in North Anhui economy on the rise. The infrastructure gradually improved and traffic conditions are becoming increasingly convenient in North Anhui. Relying on geographical features and industrial advantages,the logistics industry cluster district become an inevitable trend in the development of the logistics industry in North Anhui. On the basis of PEST analysis in the logistics industry cluster district,doing a deep research about the development mode of the logistics industry cluster district in Northern that be represented by Anhui Huayuan Pharmaceutical Logistics Park and Northern Anhui Merchants Logistics Park which both are the provincial service industry gathering area. And then aiming at the problems of logistics industry cluster district in Northern Anhui.,it puts forward suggestions to promote the development of logistics industry cluster district in Northern Anhui.
