中小企业物流管理的现状及思考

随着社会主义市场经济体系的逐步完善,我国的企业得到了迅速的发展,中小企业更是逐渐成为国民经济发展不容忽视的重要一环。但随之而来的是企业之间的竞争也日趋激烈,中小企业欲要在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚步并实现企业的长期稳定发展,就应当对企业运营的各个环节进行改革和优化。基于此,文中选择中小企业的物理管理作为研究对象,通过分析中小企业物流管理现状以及存在的问题,针对性的提出一些有效对策,以期对中小企业的发展有所帮助。

Along with the socialist market economic system gradually perfect,the enterprise obtained the rapid development of our country,small and medium- sized enterprise has gradually become an important part of national economic development should not be ignored. But followed by the competition between the enterprises is also increasingly accumulation of small and medium- sized enterprises to take hold in the fierce market competition and realize the long- term and stable development of the enterprise,should be to reform every link of enterprise operation and optimization. Based on this,the author choose the physical management of small and medium- sized enterprises as the research object,through the analysis of small and medium- sized enterprise logistics management present situation and existing problems,and targeted puts forward some effective countermeasures,in order to provide help to the development of small and medium- sized enterprises.
